Welcome to The Yoga Venture, a yoga and fitness studio whose
goal is to provide you with the knowledge and skills to lead a healthy,
fit and enjoyable life. I offer private instruction, workshops, and online courses to
help you better understand nutrition so you can learn how to fuel your body,
fitness tips and tricks to help you learn what type of exercise will be most beneficial
for you and your individual goals and make a personalized workout program
for just for you, and educate you about self care so that you can manage your
stress in healthy ways. Since you're reading this, I assume that your current
level of health has negatively effected you in some way, whether that be that
you are out of shape and can't do the things you once did or the things
you want to do, or you live with constant stress and anxiety, or maybe your body
is full of knots and you're so tight that your muscles are constantly aching, maybe
your sleep is poor, or you suffer from poor self-esteem and don't see your
own self worth. If any of this sounds familiar to you, then I have solutions for you.
My private sessions, workshops and courses will help you develop both
strength of body and mind. We'll work to address the real source of your
problems and heal them through a physical yoga asana practice,
breathwork, meditation mantras, and other mindfulness practices.
In doing so, your physical self will grow strong and flexible,
but also your emotional and spiritual self will develop strength and flexibility too.

I focus on strength training and flexibility, developing both of these will keep your body youthful and feeling good Strength training with weights will increase your muscles mass, which is turn will boost your metabolism because muscle burns more calories. Yoga is used help you build flexibility and balance in your body and mind. As you practice, you'll find more, flexibility, stability and balance in your life. You'll love the time spent on your mat stretching and strengthening your body.

These sessions are all about you and yours goals.
We'll meet together to talk about what your goals are and how
you can achieve them. I'll make you a personalized workout plan,
help you get your nutrition on track, and teach you how to
improve your mindset to keep you on track.
I'll provide you with all the resources you'll need to reach your goals
in a safe and sustainable way, and help to keep you accountable.
