Healthy Hips Flow 

Tight hips are very common in our culture, this is due to many different factors, which can include stored stress, unhealed fears or trauma, too much sitting or insufficient muscle strength or flexibility. This class will help you work out the tightness in your hips and release held emotions. After completing the class you should feel a new sense of openness in both your body and your spirit.
