Yin Yoga 

Mondays 8:00 PM

Every Monday excluding the first Monday which is reserved for Heart to Heart  8:00 PM

Escape from the stresses and worries  of life with this dreamy stretchy class which will give you time to process your emotions, relax and release built up tension and stress in your muscles. Occasionally there will be a live sound bath to accompany this class.

 Yoga Fit 

Thursdays 8:00 PM 

Learn the foundational and proper execution of yoga poses and build strength, endurance, coordination and flexibility as you follow along to a guided yoga sequence. You'll be able to sweat out frustrations and create resilience as you push beyond your current limitations and see what you are truly capable of.

Fab, Fit, & Fun

Saturdays 7:00 AM

A non-yoga fitness class that involves light hand weights and upbeat music that will guarantee a good sweat and help you build long lean muscles. 

​

Saturday Workshops

First Saturday of the month 9-11 am (Times may vary based on availability of guest teachers) 

Come enjoy specialized workshops built around a variety of different topics. Check the schedule every month to see what the focus of the workshop will be. Workshops can be taught by me or other professionals in the field.
