The 90 Day Flexibility Course 

Remove all the guesswork from flexibility training with the 90 Day Flexibility Course. This course provides you with 90 Days of follow along videos which include yoga flows, stretches, stability exercises, as well as trigger point release exercises. You'll go from 0 to learning to touch your toes, squat, do a backbend, and begin to work on your splits, and so much more. Not only will your flexibility improve, but your body will feel so good after you've released stress and tension from your muscles.

When you're stiff it feels like you are trapped in your own body. Since you are reading this, I assume that your current level of flexibility has somehow hindered you in some way. Whether that be in athletic activities like yoga, dance, soccer, swinging a golf club, or even when you're simply trying to bend over, sit cross legged on the floor, or reach up to grab something off a high shelf. Increased flexibility will not only improve your success in your athlete pursuits, but also in the basic movements and body functionalities of everyday life. Most students I work with are frustrated because they've lost their basic range of motion, such as the ability to bend forward at the hips, squat down deeply, or clasp their hands behind their back. By the time most people reach adulthood they've lost the functional flexibility to be able to squat, lift a box or child from the floor, and move freely in their favorite sports. The good news is you can regain your lost flexibility and even increase it. The benefits you'll experience go way beyond the cool party tricks you may be able to do after completion of this course, and include less athletic injury, reduced back hip and neck and body pain, improved circulation, increased ability to be active, and many more.

Unlock Your Splits Course

Learn the fundamental exercises and stretches needed in order to do the splits. This course will walk you through the process of learning the splits with 30 days worth of follow along videos that build upon each other. You'll learn how to open up your legs, hips and lower back in order to achieve a full split.

Sure splits are a cool party trick, but other than looking really awesome, they also have many practical benefits. Our hamstrings, quads, and hips control so much of our daily lives, including walking, running, sitting, and even digesting that it's important that we, not only build the strength in the body to support these actions, but we keep these areas open and mobile too. When you have a good balance between stability and flexibility you can perform every day movements with more ease and less pain. Beginner Yoga Series

Designed for the novice yogi, this series begins by teaching you the foundational yoga poses without the complicated yoga sequencing or "choreography." As you learn and become confident in the poses, you'll start to link poses together in a flow until, by the end of the course, you are able to do a full hour long yoga class. This 12 week course will help you gently build strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and endurance, with the added benefit of reducing aches and pains. Not only does this course seek to improve your physical well-being, but also your mental and emotional well-being through breathing exercises, meditations, and journaling.  You'll have a full tool bag of yoga practices to help you develop more confidence, strength, flexibility, and peace in your life.
