Low Carb Almond Flour and Flax Seed Bread and Egg Quiche

Good morning Venturers! Bread is one of my food obsessions. I love anything with flour- fresh rolls, bagels, pita, and tortillas, so it seemed impossible for me to give up bread all together when I decided to eat healthier. That is when I went on a journey to discover a bread without the bad, but that still tasted good. It wasn't easy, and my attempts to make a healthy bread didn't always work out (let's just say that some attempts turned out completely inedible) but I finally found an almond flour bread recipe that I like and my kids will eat (it's not love, this one is just will eat.) This recipe is also pretty fool proof in terms of preparing, because let's face it, bread can be tricky to make right if it needs to be kneaded and raised with preciseness. (That, my friends, is not how I roll when it comes to baking and cooking. I want something that will turn out every time, not just went providence decides to smile down upon me.
