Service Description
This program is the pilot program for full Fit & Strong Moms program (launching later this fall) It includes all the material and videos for the first month of the program, and is designed to help busy moms, who either haven't ever exercised or who haven't exercised in a long time, create a consistent and effective workout routine. This pilot program includes an easy to follow workout plan, follow along workout videos for weight training & yoga, as well as some instructional videos for some health related topics. All the instructional videos and workouts will be done in home on your own schedule and time. The full program is designed to help you increase strength, mobility, and self confidence by increasing daily movement, time spent in nature, gaining a better understanding of nutrition and incorporating appropriate changes to your diet and lifestyle, and learning ways in which to improve your mindset and attitude towards exercise and nutrition. The program requires approximately 30 mins a day 5 times a week. (Some days are a little more, other days a little less) The trial program lasts 1 month, the full program will last for 6 or more months depending on how you work through it. Those who complete the pilot program will be required to write a review at the end of the program, which can be used to make appropriate changes to the program, or for advertising purposes. Those who complete the program, and send in proof of completion, and who make posts on social about the program will be entered into a drawing to win access to the full program for FREE. Those who complete the program and do not win the grand prize, can still purchase the full program for a deeply discounted price as a thank you for participating and offering feedback.
